Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred! 

So even tho I’ve been eating really healthy for a few months now I couldnt drop past a certain weight! 

I just got there and nothing else wanted to budge 🙈

So I heard a few people talking about this workout called Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! 

Basically it’s 30 days, 10 days at level one, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days of level 3! 

So I started level 1. It’s made up of circuits of 3 minutes strength , 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute for abs! Not forgetting the warm up and cool down! 

It’s 20 mins of non stop exercising! Basically your only rest is between standing and lying down between exercises! To be honest on day 5 I was going to give up I was getting so bored of the same thing every night but I pushed myself and Wednesday night I finished day 10 of level 1 🙂 

Each night I was sweating once it was done but I suppose that just means it’s working 🙂 

I’m now on day two of level two and it’s defiantly stepped things up a gear.. I’m really feeling this level all over 😂

My results so far…. Unfortunately I didn’t measure any parts of my body but buy looking at myself I do feel like some areas aren’t as wobbly as they were before… Weight tho I did keep track of.. From 10 days of level 1 im down 8lbs!! I was shocked! Still eating the same and to be honest I didn’t expect weight to drop that fast but I think maybe my body was in shock 😂 I’m sure from here it will slow down but I’m delighted so far and it’s defiantly given me the motivation to finish the 30 days 🙂
